Rachel Rath
Director of Marketing and Sales

Although staff and residents alike believe that Florence Gardens speaks for itself, the experts tell us that marketing and advertising are necessary. A task at once exhilarating and challenging, Rachel’s charge is to harness the passion that we all have for our neighborhood and distill it down to images and text that precisely communicate all that life at Florence Gardens promises.

Ensuring consistency between our ad messaging and sales presentations, creative design and copywriting for advertising, developing concepts for our newsletters, acting as point-person for civic and community events that bring prospects to Magnolia Hall and creative control of our website and all its content—all in a day’s work for the Director of Marketing and Sales.

Rachel cut her teeth in marketing with a business strategy consulting company and a national non-profit before accepting a position with Aquatran Products (a company owned by Florence Gardens’ Town Founder) and then moving into her current position with Florence Gardens. She studied International Business at Mississippi State University, receiving a B.A. in Marketing and a B.A. in Spanish. She also earned an MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi. Rachel and her husband, Brad, have one daughter and a son.
