The very first resident to live and work at Florence Gardens, Ryan manages every aspect of construction, from paving and utility infrastructure to common amenities and community buildings, ensuring that every project adheres to our strict standards of building excellence.
You’ll often catch him riding a bicycle down to the Town Green District to check the progress of our site work or walking home at lunch time for a quick bite – a true testimony to the beauty of living and working in the same neighborhood.
Ryan is a lifelong resident of Gulfport with the notable exception of the four years he spent earning his B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University. In addition, he earned his MBA from William Carey University and is a licensed Realtor- recently receiving NAR’s Green Designation. Ryan has completed Leadership Gulf Coast and Coast Realtor Leadership, is a Board member of Coast Young Professionals and Treasurer of Congregation Beth Israel. He and his wife, Naomi, have two children.
